EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing

EMDR is a structured, evidence-based approach that helps the brain reprocess distressing or traumatic memories so they carry less emotional weight. Rather than focusing on talking through an experience in detail, EMDR uses guided bilateral stimulation (like eye movements) to help you move through difficult material at a pace that feels manageable. It's often used for trauma, but can also help with anxiety, grief, and other experiences that feel "stuck."
